Ideal Africa Foundation is a non-government, non-profit, non-sectarian and non-partisan organization established to protect the cause of justice in Africa particularly Nigeria. It was established in line with Goal 1 and 16 of the sustainable development goals to transform Africa. The foundation designs and implements various developmental projects with the financial and technical support of local and international donor agencies and the government.

The Foundation has been operating since 2014, though it was registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Nigeria in 2019 and its target audience are the indigent prisoners and persons whose rights are breached.
